MicroSHENTEK® Fungi & Bacteria DNA Extraction Kit

This kit is used to extract and purify trace amounts of fungal &bacterial DNA in biological samples, including cell cultures such as master cell banks, working cell banks, vaccines, cell therapy products and other biological products, and at the same time for high-concentration cells (no more than 106 cells) are suitable for complex matrix biological preparations. This product is used with the MicroSHENTEK Bacterial DNA Assay Kit (PCR-Fluorescent Probe Method) and the MicroSHENTEK Fungal DNA Assay Kit (PCR-Fluorescent Probe Method). The kit is validated according to the relevant requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia qPCR method, and the extraction performance can reach 50-100 CFU/tube if the recommended system is used, and the detection limit is not more than 35 CFU/reaction with the corresponding detection kit. This kit automates the processing of samples using the rHCD purify pretreatment system.
