MicroSHENTEK® Fungi DNA Detection Kit

This kit uses fluorescent probe qPCR technology to qualitatively detect the presence of fungal DNA in samples, covering about 92% of known fungal species and matching nearly 5,000 fungal DNA sequences (or subspecies). It has been detected by DNA of a variety of fungal, non-fungal and common engineered cell species, with good broad-spectrum and strong specificity. This kit is used in conjunction with the MicroSHENTEK Fungal DNA Extraction and Purification Kit (magnetic bead method) to qualitatively detect fungal contamination in cells, cell products, vaccines and other products. The kit was validated according to the relevant requirements of the qPCR method of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and the detection limit was no more than 5 CFU/reaction.
