The positive control (PC) for reverse transcriptase activity detection was prepared in accordance with the reverse transcriptase activity detection method of the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, Sp2/0 cells were cultured, the supernatant was collected, protective agent was added, and cryopreservation at -65°C after mixing. PC is used for quality control of reverse transcriptase activity detection systems.
