MicroSHENTEK® Bacteria DNA Detection Kit

This kit uses fluorescent probe qPCR technology to qualitatively detect the presence of bacterial DNA in samples, covering about 92% of known bacterial species and matching nearly 60,000 bacterial DNA sequences (or subspecies). It has been tested by DNA of a variety of bacterial, non-bacterial and common engineered cell species, with good broad-spectrum and strong specificity. This kit is used in conjunction with the MicroSHENTEK® Fungal Bacterial DNA Extraction and Purification Kit (magnetic bead method) to qualitatively detect bacterial contamination in cells, cell products, vaccines and other products.
