Plasmid DNA isolation solution III

The original Alfa Aesar product / item code or SKU reference has not changed as a part of the brand transition to Thermo Scientific. This solution returns the pH to neutral after lysis with SDS and NaOH and allows DNA strands to renature and partially rehybridize. At the same time, the potassium acetate precipitates the detergent from the cell suspension.
