SHENTEK® Replication-Competent Retrovirus (RCR) Quantitation Kit

This kit is suitable for the quantitative detection of replicating retroviral RCR in retroviral vector-produced cell therapies and gene therapy products, such as virus-producing cell banks, terminal cells, viral vectors, and CAR-NK cells. This kit is based on the fluorescent probe method, which uses the fluorescent probe RT-PCR method to detect specific sequences on retroviral vectors.
