SHENTEK® Residual CHO DNA Size Analysis Kit (2G)

This kit is a special kit for the quantitative analysis and detection of the size distribution of residual DNA fragments of CHO host cells in intermediates, semi-finished products and finished products of various biological products. This kit uses the principle of PCR fluorescent probe method, and four different amplification fragments (95 bp, 110 bp, 215 bp, 523 bp) are designed to quantitatively detect and analyze the size distribution of CHO residual DNA fragments in the sample. It is supplied with CHO DNA quantitative reference material and can be used with the host cell residual DNA sample preparation kit.
