SHENTEK® Residual E. coli DNA Size Analysis Kit (2G)

This kit is a special kit for the quantitative analysis and detection of the size distribution of residual DNA fragments of E. coli host cells in intermediates, semi-finished products, and finished products of various biological products. Using the principle of PCR fluorescent probe method, four different amplification fragments (85 bp, 103 bp, 220 bp, and 550 bp) were designed to quantitatively detect and analyze the size distribution of E. coli residual DNA fragments in the sample. It is supplied with the E.coli DNA Quantitative Reference Material, which can be used with the host cell residual DNA sample preparation kit.
