This kit is a dedicated kit for the quantitative detection of host cells, such as SV40 LTA and E1A residual DNA derived from HEK 293T cells, in biologics.
This kit uses the Taqman probe principle to quantify SV40 LTA and E1A residual DNA in samples by multiplex qPCR. USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SHENTEK HOST CELL RESIDUAL DNA SAMPLE PREPARATION KIT, IT CAN ACCURATELY QUANTIFY RESIDUAL SV40LTA AND E1A TRACE DNA IN SAMPLES.
