SHENTEK® Sf9 HCP ELISA Kit (One-step ELISA)

This kit is suitable for the quantitative detection of host protein residues derived from Sf9 in insect cells, such as biological products based on the insect cell-baculovirus expression system, including but not limited to recombinant proteins, vaccines, gene therapy AAV vectors, etc. This kit is based on the Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), and the residual Sf9 HCPs in the sample were quantified by using a double antibody sandwich method.
