SHENTEK® Vero HCP ELISA Kit (One-step ELISA)

This kit is based on the Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), and uses a double antibody sandwich method to quantify the residual Vero HCPs in the samples to be tested. The polyclonal antibody in this kit is obtained by lysing the HCPs obtained from Vero cells as antigens, immunizing sheep to obtain serum, and then obtaining high-quality antibodies by affinity purification method. Antibodies are evaluated for their coverage level by the current mainstream regulatory methods of coverage analysis.
